• Taken all video quizzes
• Taken your exam before course expiration. 1 year per part, or 2 years for both parts if purchased together

Forward the official email with your CMA exam score below 360 points to our support team no later than seven (7) days after you have received it to get your refund. If, however, you decide you want to continue having unrestricted access to all of our content, you can choose to study again with us in lieu of a refund.

If you did not complete the course material as listed above and did not pass the exam on your first attempt, you will not qualify for the refund. You will, however, continue to enjoy unrestricted access to all of our content, including videos, testing tools, and instructors.
