The Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) is a financial metric that measures the time span between a company’s outlay of cash for purchasing inventory and the receipt of cash from sales. It evaluates the efficiency of a company’s conversion cycle accounting by analyzing inventory turnover, accounts receivable, and accounts payable periods. A shorter CCC indicates a more efficient cash flow management.
