You reschedule through Prometric, not through the IMA. Log in to your Prometric account, find your scheduled appointment, and use the reschedule option. Rescheduling fees depend on how far in advance you make the change: if you reschedule with plenty of notice, the fee is lower or sometimes free; if you change with little notice, you’ll pay more. Check Prometric’s current fee schedule. You can only reschedule within your current testing window — you can’t push to a future window without losing your exam fee and re-registering through the IMA. If life happens and you can’t test, reschedule as early as possible to minimize the cost.
