What identification do I need to bring to the CMA testing center?

You’ll need a valid, current, government-issued photo ID with your signature. The most commonly accepted forms are a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. The name on the ID must exactly match the name on your Prometric appointment confirmation — middle names, initials, hyphens, and spelling all matter. If you’ve recently changed your name (marriage, etc.), make sure your IMA and Prometric records reflect your current legal name well before exam day. Expired IDs are not accepted, even by a single day. Many candidates bring two forms of ID just to be safe. Show up at least 30 minutes early so the ID check doesn’t add stress to your morning.
