You don’t get a scheduled break, but you can take an unscheduled break between the MCQ section and the case-based section. The catch: once you exit the MCQ section, you cannot return to it, even if you have time remaining. The clock keeps running during any break, so any time you take in the bathroom or grabbing water comes out of your total four hours.
