You report your CPE annually through the CPE tracking tool in your IMA online account. You’ll log each course or activity — the topic, provider, date, and hours earned — and upload or store your certificates of completion. The IMA accepts a wide range of CPE sources, from IMA-provided webinars to external accredited courses. Don’t wait until December — report each activity right after you complete it so you’re not scrambling at year-end. The IMA also conducts periodic audits, during which you may be asked to provide supporting documentation, so keep your certificates organized in a single folder.
